We are committed to protecting your privacy. Unlike many apps, Landr operates on a privacy-first, local-only principle.

Landr does not collect, store, transmit, or process any of the following:

• Note Content: Your notes, including titles, content, tags, and categories, remain entirely on your device. We never see or access them.
• Usage Data: We do not track how you use the app, which features you access, or how often you use Landr.
• Device Information: We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or technical information about your device.
• Location Data: We do not access or collect your location information.
• Analytics: We do not use analytics tools or tracking mechanisms.
• Advertising Data: We do not collect data for advertising purposes, and Landr contains no advertisements.

3. How Your Data is Stored

All data generated by Landr is stored locally on your device using secure local storage mechanisms:

• Local Storage Only: Your notes, groups, settings, and preferences are saved exclusively on your device.
• No Cloud Sync: Landr does not sync your data to any cloud service or remote server.
• Device Control: You have complete control over your data. If you delete the app, all data is removed from your device.

4. Third-Party Services

Landr uses the following third-party service for AI functionality:

Google Gemini AI

When you use AI-powered features (such as auto-generating titles, smart tags, summaries, or asking questions), your note content is sent to Google's Gemini AI service for processing. This interaction is:

• User-Initiated: AI features are only activated when you explicitly choose to use them.
• Temporary: Note content is transmitted only for the specific AI request and is not permanently stored by us.
• Subject to Google's Privacy Policy: Google's handling of AI requests is governed by their privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Google's Privacy Policy for details.

You can choose not to use AI features, and Landr will function fully without them.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any user information with third parties because we do not collect any user information.

The only data transmission occurs when you voluntarily use AI features, as described in Section 4.

6. Children's Privacy

Landr does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since we do not collect any personal data, Landr is safe for users of all ages.

7. Your Rights

Since Landr does not collect personal data, traditional data rights (access, correction, deletion) are managed entirely by you on your device:

• Access: You can view all your notes and data within the app at any time.
• Modification: You can edit or delete any notes or groups directly in the app.
• Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all associated data from your device.
